To reserve a room within 24 hours of arrival, please call or email the innkeepers (rooms cannot be booked on-line within 24 hours of check-in but may be available.)
Our website always reflects our best rates and accurate availability.
We want users of ‘third party’ services to be aware that other’s advertising might not display the full range of rooms and services we have available. You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions.

All rooms feature private, en suite baths, robes, central air-conditioning, wireless internet, cable and flatscreen TVs/DVD players. All guest rooms are on the second floor.
A few policy notes below regarding reservations: (for a complete list please see our POLICIES PAGE)
Minimum Policy: There is a two night minimum from May 1st through October 31st on weekends, special events, and on holidays year-round. (Single nights may be available on these dates with a 20% surcharge but must be booked directly with the inn.)
–> We require a credit card to reserve a room. A deposit of the first night’s stay will be charged at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel a reservation and two weeks notice or greater is given, there is a $30 cancellation fee if booked directly with the inn.* Reservations cancelled within two weeks will be charged the full amount unless the rooms can be resold. (Earlier notice gives us the best opportunity to resell the room. *See our Policies page for exceptions when not booking directly with the inn.)
