Let’s talk about Breakfast! Many of my favorite childhood memories are around eating breakfast at grandma’s house. My siblings and I devoured our home cooked feast with immense joy, surrounded by the palpable feeling of my grandma’s love. Oh, I just remember the mouthwatering aromas and how my stomach would be so excited for whatever was coming my way! As far back as I can remember Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. Not everything changes as you get older! And yes, I will still eat breakfast for any meal, for so many delicious reasons that I can’t wait to share with you.

I am fortunate to have a plethora of lovely friends with diverse appetites from around the planet, and it has been my honor to learn the many styles of breakfasts from them. Over the years they have been my taste kitchen as I honed my skills with: Gluten -Free, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Pork-free, Carnivore, Sugar free, Vegan, Flexible Vegan (Vegan-ish :), Full on Gourmet (food snob), farm – to – table, and of course local and Organic.
For you I will create a meal that is sumptuous, healthy, farm-to table, and organic when possible. Expect a 3-course breakfast that fulfills your needs for something you might not make yourself–but are sure glad I’m making it for you! I come from a large family and know how to fill you up with the right kind of energy for you to enjoy either an active day, or simply a stroll around town! Breakfast is served with fresh brewed local organic coffee, juice and water. A large variety of tea selections are also available.
- Eggs Benedict on apple oat toast with bacon, fruit and zucchini apple muffin.
- Peach Soup, Blueberry Chia Hemp Buttermilk Waffle with scrambled egg and sausage.
- Ham and Egg Basket with pumpkin pancake and fresh fruit.
***Want something simple? You can always choose a lighter breakfast. A Selection of Muesli, Oatmeal and/or scrambled eggs, and toast is always an option with advance notice.
**Or if you have dietary requirements GF, Vegan Pescatarian etc.……It is easy to accommodate, I will need advance notice to make sure I have all the ingredients necessary! You can send me your dietary needs via email when you make your reservation . I really am happy to meet whatever food sensitivity you have with the same creative enthusiasm. Your taste buds will not suffer!
Breakfast starts when you arrive downstairs anytime between 8 am and 9 am. If you need to leave sooner, please make arrangements and I can have a hard-boiled egg and muffin waiting for you. And coffee and Tea are always ready…help yourself!
